I didn’t have a post planned for today so I thought I’d do a round-up of some of my recent purchases. I’ve also been stalking this winter white refined matte sheath dress and one popped up in my size this morning. I’ll compare it to my white BR sheath dress to see which one I like better. I am lusting over this edith v-neck yellow dress:
I may order it to see how it fits and then wait for a sale:)

Hey Annie! I had high hopes, but I was so disappointed when I tried on the Edith V-neck yellow dress. It is HUGE (my measurements are 32-24-32)! It looked more like a shift dress on me. Sigh. The color is beautiful though. It’s more of a golden yellow.
Oh no! I ordered it to see but we have about the same measurements. What a bummer! Is it worth it for alterations? I’ve been wanting a yellow shift forever!
Yeah, it really looked more like a shift dress on me. Belting it didn’t help much either, because the material would bunch up. For some reason the cotton-nylon-spandex fabric blend felt awkward. For example, when I tried it on in the fitting room, I walked around in it, but the dress didn’t move naturally with my body, making the fabric look wrinkled when it really wasn’t. The arm holes were a bit large as well. I can’t wait to see your review of it. I think it will look WAY better on you than it looked on me.
