What To Wear To A Wedding

Summer is by far the most popular season to get married!  Today I’m going to share with you some ideas on what to wear to a wedding.

Personally, I love going to weddings!  They’re so much fun and you get to experience two people joining their lives together in front of all their family and friends.  What’s not to love?  Not to mention how much fun you can have by cutting loose dancing, eating great food…(and cocktails if you drink)!

Getting all fancied up is one of my favorite things to do.  It’s so much fun to get all dolled up and go somewhere fun.  If you have a Summer wedding to attend, you can never go wrong with a cute dress, a nice clutch and a pair of heels.  It’s a simple and elegant way to be the belle of the ball (just try not to outshine the bride).

This striped floral dress is too cute and I adore the pattern mixing and colors.  It’s perfect for someone who is afraid of pattern mixing.  No need to think about how to pair stripes and floral together because it’s already done for you!  And the best part about this dress? It has pockets!  The quality is very nice, fully lined and has cute buttons in the back.  It’s 100% cotton (yay!) so it’s very soft and breathable.  Sizing runs on the smaller side and the material does not have any stretch so I’d recommend sizing up.  I’m wearing XS and it’s snug in the waist and chest area.  Here are the measurements:

No matter where I go, I usually have a cardigan with me.  I get super cold at wedding receptions so I make sure to always have something to cover up with.  Tying a cardigan into a knot is an easy way to dress it up instead of wearing it as a traditional cardigan.  It’s a great way to cover your arms and keep warm for those chilly reception dinners.
