High Rise Jeans + Chunky Knits

I can’t believe I’m saying this but I’m loving this cooler weather we’re having.  It’s in the 40’s and 50’s (this is considered cold for SoCal) and I’m actually enjoying it.  Who am I?  I used to love the heat but the past few years, I’m so over it and prefer cooler weather.  It’s also a great excuse to wear all of my coats and sweaters.

BlankNYC All or Nothing Faux Leather Jacket, Chunky Turtleneck sweater, Topshop Jamie Shredded High Rise Skinny JeansI’ve been obsessed with chunky and oversized sweaters lately.  This turtleneck is one of my favorites and it’s under $40!  Sizing runs large so I’d recommend sizing down.  I’m wearing size XXS and it’s just perfectly slouched and not too oversized.  It’s available in four different colors and the material is super soft.  Would definitely recommend!  Here are some other chunky sweaters I’m loving:

Chunky Sweaters

This jacket is officially my third from BlankNYC.  If you don’t like black, this gorgeous olive green color is on sale!  I also have this morning suede moto jacket (see HERE) and this faux leather jacket.  I love how small this brand runs plus the sleeves are usually slim (very rare to find).  Here are some other jacket options for you:

Favorite Jackets

High Rise Jeans

The quality is really nice with just the right amount of stretch and thickness.  I love the minimal distressing however I do want to point out that the distressing on the knees doesn’t land exactly on my knees but you can barely notice it.  If you don’t like distressed jeans, THESE are the same pair without any rips.  The color is a dark gray – great alternative to black jeans.  They are so comfortable and slimming plus a great price too!  They fit nicely through the thighs and legs without being skin tight.  I love it and would highly recommend.  I’m thinking about getting this pair (comes in petite length) to try!
