Belted Sleeveless Trench and Stripes

If you don’t already have a sleeveless trench coat, you need this one!  It’s a wardrobe staple (one of my favorites) and essential for spring.  The neutral color goes with everything plus you can wear it so many different ways.  The best part?  It’s under $65 and very nice quality.

You may remember me wearing this when I was pregnant a couple years ago.  I love revisiting old favorites and putting a fresh spin on it.  You can wear this as a dress, un-belted, layered or sleeveless…the options are endless!  Pair it with jeans or pants or layer it over a dress for work.  See it styled two different ways HERE.  I love items that can be worn multiple ways and dressed up or down – more bang for your buck.

The quality is very nice and there’s good weight to it.  Sizing runs true to size and I’m wearing XS.

 Measurements of size XS: bust 16.75″ laying flat, waist (un-belted) 17.75″, total length 34.5″

The material is heavy and there’s a lot of fabric however the belt pulls everything together.  There are pockets that are sewn shut so remember to open them up (carefully).  I’m all about comfort these days and I love how easy and simple this outfit is.

My goal this year is to clean out my closet (on-going project) and re-wear some of my old clothes.  I really want to make it a point to only buy items that I absolutely love and not because it’s on sale.  It’s a constant struggle for me (lol).  It’s so easy to get suckered in to good deals or what’s currently trendy but I think it’s best to invest in classic pieces that you can wear time and time again.  This sleeveless trench is one of those pieces – love it and would recommend! 🙂

  4. I placed my first order with Chicwish on February 25th and I am still waiting for the items to arrive. I had to email the company on March 20th to ask about my order and found out the items had not even shipped yet until I asked. My credit card was charged promptly though I can say. So far I’m not a fan of theirs and am wondering if other people have the same issue.
