Hello Spring! Despite the lingering chill here in San Diego, I’m embracing the season wholeheartedly and bidding farewell to my boots. Let me introduce you to my latest obsession: the Sweet At Heart White Floral Embroidered Two-Piece Midi skirt set! Its floral motif and delicate eyelet embroidery scream Spring, making it an absolute delight to wear.
The top features adjustable straps and a bustier-inspired bodice adorned with charming scalloped lace trim. While the fit tends to run a tad small around the bottom, it’s slightly looser near the armpits. A fuller bust would likely provide a better fit. The a-line skirt gracefully falls to a ankle length, perfect for petite gals, and boasts matching scalloped lace trim. With a waist that hugs just right, there’s no need for alterations. Plus, the hidden side zippers on both the top and skirt ensure a seamless finish.
The only downside? It’s missing pockets! Nevertheless, I envision myself donning this ensemble on vacation or basking in the sunshine on a lovely Spring/Summer day. Recently, I wore it to brunch and instantly fell in love. 🙂
