If I’m being completely honest with you, the thought of me squeezing into a longline cable knit sweater dress at 34 weeks pregnant seemed impossible at first.

I was pleasantly surprised when I wore it as a tunic that it worked well with leggings or jeans. With its crew neckline and dropped shoulder, this sweater dress would also look great layered with a striped turtleneck.

I’ve really been into cable knit sweaters lately and am trying to work in different colored pieces like this rich wine color, which I love! The ribbed trim on the cuffs and hem add a special touch of detail that makes it look even better. Here are some new arrivals I’m currently keeping tabs on:

Normally, you have to be extra careful with your sweater dresses but the best part about this one is that it’s machine washable!
