I’ve been into floral prints this Summer and this one is under $30! I adore the simple and classic flare silhouette.

Sizing runs true to size. Here are the measurements of a size small:

shoulders 14″, armpits 16″, waist 13″, total length 32.5″.

The top portion is loose on me but the belt helps pull everything together. This dress comes with a red faux leather belt but I swapped it out. It’s fully lined and has a hidden back zipper. The length looks really short on the model but it hits me right at the knees (great length for petites).

I’ve noticed that SheIn has revamped a lot of their styles and price points. I’m seeing a lot more higher quality dresses. Here are some that I’m loving:
