I couldn’t wait to take my new Banana Republic (buy here) out for a spin! It feels like I’ve been waiting so long for this to come back and thank goodness it finally did. I ended up returning the navy version since this color will be more versatile. I still have to hem the sleeves but scrunched it up for now.

I’m so happy I got this Ann Taylor brilliant bow necklace during the 60% off flash sale! I couldn’t tell if it was going to be too big from the picture online but it ended up being the perfect size. It lays really nicely without shifting around too much throughout the day. I got the matching bow bracelet but still debating if it’s too big for my wrist or not.
This is probably not the proper way to tie your trench in the back but I found it to be the most flattering on this particular coat. It cinched just enough to make the front look nice and I like that the ends don’t hang too low.
People must have thought I was crazy for wearing tights and a trench coat when California is having a heat wave. See what I go through for you ladies? It’s so hard to get into “winter fashion” mode when it’s in the 70’s and 80’s out. Trust me, no complaints here. I’m originally from the Midwest so I don’t envy those that have to endure the snow or cold.
There’s a lot of bows going on in this outfit but I couldn’t help myself. This H&M skirt is still one of my all time favorites. Even though it’s a Summer skirt, I tried winterizing it by adding some navy tights. And yes I am wearing my favorite Halogen suede bow pumps in navy (buy here). This is a fun and girly outfit that is great for the weekends/date night. Thanks for reading!
Hi, you look awesome in this white trench, it is like a breath of fresh air, and you mentioned that your skirt is old, but it is still looking very trendy because of the print, very feminine, elegant and chic look! Zhanna from http://www.stylehenge.com
Thank you! It’ll be hard to keep clean but worth it:)

I love the coat the most of this entire outfit, but I also like the red handbag and the beautiful blue bow pumps. Fabulous style by you here, Annie.

About the bracelet…read on another blog you can take out some of the links to make it fit better. I’ll have to try it once mine arrives as I know it’ll be too big as well.
I actually took two links out and it fits great but the bow itself is huge. I guess now I have to keep it. It’s still super cute though. 🙂

Yay! Glad that worked. I’m still waiting for mine to ship. Hopefully I don’t get an email saying it’s out of stock. Was it hard to remove the links? I may need some tips. 🙂
I hope yours arrives. The bow is super big – way bigger than I thought it would be. I tried to salvage and use the band that it came with but it was too hard so I bought some stretchy string from Michael’s and re-strung it. Please let me know what you think when you get yours!
