Before we get into my sale picks, let’s talk about this ruffled short sleeve sweater and chambray skirt. The sweater runs true to size and I’m wearing XXSP. It fits well and tucks in nicely with skirts. The fabric is a medium weight which made me very happy. I’m not a fan of thin sweaters. I love it and have it in white too! Would recommend.
I love this chambray pencil skirt however it runs slightly large and long. The waist is about 1″ too big and the length needs to come up at least 2″. I’m going to try to shrink it in the dryer and it’ll probably fix the issues but the lining will need to be taken up. Please do this at your own risk and keep in mind the lining will not shrink! I’m usually not a fan of linen due to the wrinkle factor but this one is a viscose blend and didn’t seem to wrinkle as much as usual. I love the pockets and middle slit – sexy but still classy. Great skirt for hot summer days at the office.
