I wanted to share how I’ve been feeling and dealing with this pregnancy since I never really had the chance the first time.

I’ve been super nauseated and bloated for the pst three months. Every morning, day and night. It doesn’t go away. The bloating has gotten a little better but it was really bad at the beginning. Nothing really tastes great which totally sucks because I love to eat and was hoping to really enjoy being able to eat what I want and not have anyone control me. I’ve had sporadic cravings like oranges, pickles, Vietnamese food and bagels.

My exhaustion is NO JOKE. I was so tired awhile back that I literally fell asleep while sitting straight up. I didn’t have any of these symptoms with Milan so this is all new to me. I started showing (as you can see) super early. I’m hoping to get some relief from the nausea in the 2nd trimester but even if I don’t, I feel grateful for this journey. I’m nervous, scared and cautiously optimistic. Milan kisses my stomach and tells me how cute the baby is. I love that we get to share this journey together. I know in my heart Mr. Right will be an amazing dad and I can’t wait for this new addition to our family. 🙂

I am so happy for you and your family. You are a beautiful person on both the inside and outside. I have been following you for a long time and never comment. Enjoy every minute of the pregnancy. You deserve to be happy with your new family. 🙂
Aw thank you for commenting Melissa and for the kind words. I really do appreciate it. 🙂 XO
You look amazing!! Your body is adjusting and remember to rest, drink lots of fluids and take it easy. I felt the same way with all three of my pregnancies. Try bland foods and eat a little something before your feet hit the floor, this might help. Warm tea and saltine crackers will do the trick 😉
I have three handsome boys, so maybe a boy this time 💙
Thank you so much Kim! I’m hoping to get some relief in the 2nd trimester. Nothing tastes good to me and drinking fluids is such a struggle!
Congratulations! You look beautiful!
Thank you Heather! XO
Beautiful pictures 🙂
Thank you Susan! 🙂
WOW!! I did not know that. Must have missed a post or two.
All the best to you and your family.
Take care and stay safe.
Awe thank you! XO
Have you tried ginger or ginger tea? Natural gut settler. I haven’t used it but Tech Guy has found it helpful and I’ve seen it rec’d for pregnancy a lot. I hope you feel better soon!
I haven’t and a little afraid of drinking any tea. I’ve tried ginger gummies and candy but nothing seems to help. 🙁
