As you may know, I started my postpartum fitness journey a few months ago. I got sidetracked but now I’m getting back on track. How amazing is this athleisure outfit? You can work out in it and then go run errands right after and still look put together.

I am literally obsessed with this Athleta Pranayama wrap. It is the softest and coziest cardigan I’ve ever owned. You can wear it to Yoga class and throw it on for shopping on the weekends. I even wore it to the beach one day with leggings to watch the sunset! The length is long enough to cover your bum (great to wear with biker shorts or leggings). It even has side pockets to put your keys, phone etc. So incredibly versatile. Sizing runs true to size and I’m wearing XS petite. Available in many colors HERE. The color I have on is called ‘marl grey heather’. LOVE and would highly recommend.

I rarely wear shorts however these Brooklyn shorts are a game changer for me! I love that they are sporty yet still chic enough to wear out to lunch, shopping or errands. They are super comfortable and have pockets. The material is so silky smooth and light as air. Sustainable (made from recycled polyester), quick drying (for those hot days and extra sweat) and resists snags/tears. What?! SIGN. ME. UP! Plus the waistband holds you in – umm…yes please.

I’m loving this Renew racerback tank SO MUCH. The fabric is not only breathable but unstinkable (has odor controlling yarns) AND has UPF 50+. It also stretches with every move. Sounds magical doesn’t it? Haha. I’ve worn it many times to work out and I can attest, it is pretty amazing!

The best part about this tank is that you can machine wash and dry without having to worry. I am all about easy care! Sizing runs true to size and I’m wearing XXS.
