Even though fall is around the corner, it’s still feels like summer in Newport Beach. We’ve been having a heat wave recently and needless to say, I’ve been sweaty Betty and cannot wait for cooler weather. I’m in love with this olive green faux wrap skirt. It’s so comfortable and very forgiving!
Sizing runs small and short so I’d recommend going up one or two sizes. I’m wearing size XS and it fits me well. This is considered a mini skirt and almost borderline too short for me however it’s doable. I think it may be a bit too short for taller gals depending on how comfortable you are with shorter hemlines.
I love the slip on style – no fussing with zippers. The material is made out of a soft stretch cotton jersey and very comfortable to wear all day. The ruching at the side makes it very forgiving and conceals any trouble areas. Another similar option is this knot front skirt that’s only $29! Here are some other skirts I’m eyeing:
I’ve been basically living in white camisoles this year. They look great worn alone or layered under a cardigan or blazer. Here are some of my favorites:
Must Have Camisoles
I can see this outfit easily transitioning into fall by just adding a drapey cardigan and some ankle booties OTK boots. Looking forward to re-styling this when the temperature drops! 🙂

This is totally random but it’s been so long since I’ve shopped in a store. I do all my shopping online now since I have no time to physically go in a store. This is why I love Nordstrom and their free shipping and free returns. They make shopping so easy…not sure if that’s good for my wallet? LOL
Thank you Nordstrom for sponsoring this post.
