Hope you had a great week! This weekend has some pretty decent sales. Get 40% off at Ann Taylor plus triple points for cardmembers with code: FRIENDS40. I ordered this marled knit pencil skirt (ordered this color to compare), this scallop trim shell, this scalloped short sleeve sweater and this piped linen blend blazer. Loft is also having 40% off everything with code: NEWNOW. I love this floral lace flutter top and these eyelet block heel sandals are too cute! Get 40% off Banana Republic with code: BRFAMILY. This is great option if you’re in need of a classic trench coat and available in regular and petite sizes. Also, I’ll be reviewing this outfit and you won’t believe how affordable it is!

I am in love with this outfit! This polka dot tie neck blouse is ADORABLE. I have enough polka dot tops but this one was just a must and only $13! Sizing runs on the smaller side. It fits similar to a 00p at Ann Taylor. The sleeves are just slightly too long but not bad and I can wear them fully bottoned and it looks fine. Material is thin and the quality is what you would expect for this price point. I don’t mind it and probably will have to re-sew the buttons on at some point in time but that’s ok. I think it’s so cute layered under a cardigan or blazer for work.
Also, this pleated bow skirt was from this past winter and I’ve worn it countless times since. I’m still amazed that it’s only $12. The quality is not that bad and similar to some of my other skirts that cost 4x as much. Sizing runs small and the waist on an XS is about 12″ across (24″ waist). I adore the structured and thick pleats – holds it’s shape all day and does NOT wrinkle.

If you love gingham, you are going to love this skirt! Sizing runs EXTRA small so I would recommend sizing up 1-2 sizes. I can barely zip up size XXS and need to exchange it for a larger size or maybe even two! It has pockets and a waist tie. Will be super cute for spring and summer.
