I can always tell how well my vacation goes by how many pictures I take. I took over 1500 while in Bora Bora! I went crazy just taking pictures of everything and anything! It was so hard to select which ones to share so first I will share pics that hubby was gracious enough to take of me and then I will do a separate post with the bungalow and scenery:) We left on October 1st and came back on the 12th. Twelve days of pure bliss! We stayed at the Hilton Bora Bora Nui. More on the hotel later….

I hesitated to post pics of me in a bathing suit in fear of the “weirdo’s” and “pervs” out in the internet world but hopefully it’ll be okay:)
Is it just me or do most women want their hubby or bf to take “sexy” photos of them on the beach when they vacation? Here is my “attempt” at looking sexy…clearly that is NOT the case! Every couple we saw on the beach at one point in time had a “sexy” photo session w/their mate.
This was on a Tuesday night which was “Polynesian Night” where you could not dine at the fine dining restaurant. We got to see a Polynesian dance and the food was delicious! If you love fresh seafood- then it’s the perfect place for you. If you are wondering what that large bandaid is doing on my leg- I will explain on the next post. Sorry for the stragley hair- I never do my hair during vacation- too much work.
I had the idea of taking some jumping photos to show how happy I was and how much I love Bora Bora. Can you tell I love it there?

It’s so nice being on vacation because you don’t have to wear much make-up or do your hair! A win win for me! And you get to wear cute dresses that you normally couldn’t wear in the work place.
I clearly tried to pack lightly with just light weight dresses and 2 pairs of wedge sandals- so I’m not going for the fashion runway look…LOL
Sorry for the butt shot but I thought this was a cool pic that hubby took- I had no idea he had photography skills since I take my own blog photos 🙂

OK, as soon as I saw the title of this, I knew I shouldn't look because I would feel overwhelming jealousy! LOL. GORGEOUS pictures. French Polynesia is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been to. I can't wait to go back! We went in 2006 and will definitely get back in the next few years….. such paradise!!

Vacations are always great — my family is still reminiscing about our Mexico (Carribean) trip! Why are the beaches deserted? Did you time your photo shoot when everyone else was dining?
