Remember this J.Crew golden topaz muse tank I got with my gigantic merino cardigan order? It’s been sitting in my closet un-worn. I could never really put it together with an outfit for work because the length is super long. I was so happy to finally put it to use!

I have gotten so much wear out of this suit that it made everything that I went through to get it, all worth it! My black Gratian skirt suit should be back from the tailor’s this weekend! Can’t wait!

I wasn’t even going to post this LOFT green jacket w/faux fur collar. I got this on the last day of the 60% sale on a whim and now am not loving it. It fits great and the collar is detachable which is fantastic but am I really going to wear it? It’s going back unfortunately! (SOLD)
I stopped by target after work yesterday and tried on the Mossimo boyfriend cardigan (enabled by Jean) to see the fit before placing my order to avoid yet another return. There were no XS’s in-store so I tried on the small. Surprisingly- the small fits really tiny so I know the XS will be even more petite friendly! Everyone knows how much I love my LOFT long cardigans so I had no choice but to get these! I got it in gray, peach, green, oatmeal, blue and also found a similar cardi but with cuter sleeves (can’t find the link). It’s pre-order only so I got it in XS aqua and berry.
I also ordered the Dolce Vita wedge sandals in nude and the Tawny sandals in brown but the smallest size in both is a 5.5 and I have a feeling they will be too big. I can only wear a size 5 in Target shoes.
Clearly I have been on an obsessive cardigan binge this past fall/winter. I have been eying this painter cardigan in olive moss (comes in XXS). I also want several colors in the infinity cardigan as well. This color wasn’t on sale when I bought my coats so if the Target ones don’t work out, I’ll have to scoop this one up to add to my collection.

the Theory suit fits you perfectly and i love it paired with the J. Crew shell. you also have the best taste in vintage pins to really make an outfit pop!

I LOVE the faux fur jacket. I wear mine all the time. I feel so fancy w/the fur. but darn it! San Diego weather is not allowing me to wear it for a few more months b/c it's getting so sunny and hot here already. Do you mind sharing with us with the 60% off sale, how much it was? I think SewPetiteGal got it for $30. I was so green w/envy (no, literally, b/c I was wearing this green jacket).
I love the leaf pin. I like that it curves a bit. You got me into the floral pins, now am I really going to have to start getting into brooches? Gonna go see if my mom has any. She'll be shocked to see me wearing smthg I once referred to as, "old lady style."
Can you tell us more about the material/feel of the bf cardigan from Target? I feel, it is so sheer.

I bought but then returned that faux fur jacket because I opted for the H&M faux fur instead. I think the faux fur looks great over wool pea coats. And the olive blazer itself looks like it could be great office wear in the winter. Unfortunately my wardrobe is too causal for it.
And I know what you mean about a cardigan obsession. I really regret not buying more of Loft's boyfriend cardigans. I really hope they offer them again. I would go for the Target ones but pockets are a must for me.
Have you tried J. Crew's Perfect-fit mixed-tape cardigan? I bought a couple during one of their sales and LOVE them. They're cotton so I plan on wearing them into summer as well. I'm currently eyeing their "sweet moss" one at the moment. 🙂

I only tried on the oatmeal color and it didn't seem sheer to me. I was only in Target for a few minutes and didn't really pay attention to the material but it is 100% cottton and seemed like it was decent quality. Let's hope it works out:)
