I know it’s only Spring but with California weather, sometimes it feels like Summer. I finally got my Theory white skirt back from the tailor’s so I was itching to wear it. This was the infamous winter white Theory skirt that was supposed to have the matching Gratian blazer but Theory dropped the ball on me. First they ordered it and then they couldn’t find it. Still pretty upset about that. But I knew I could keep the skirt and wear it with tons of great outfits.
I love mixing winter items with my Spring/Summer outfits to give it just another look and feel.
Jacket: Theory Gratian Tweed (altered) – size 0

Every woman must have a nice white skirt. I have a few of them but none as nice as this Theory pencil skirt. The 00 fits me well but I did have to take up the hem a few inches. This is the same version of my black Theory Lindra skirt that goes with my black Gratian blazer.
Guess how much I got my Ann Taylor pintuck silk blouse for? It was $78 but on final sale for $29.99 plus an additional 25% off and I had $15 mystery card. So I paid only $7.50! I was so excited that there was a 00P left on the sales rack.
I know not everyone is a fan of my angled photos but I like them and so does hubby..LOL

White has become my new love this Spring/Summer. It is just difficult to keep white stay white and bright. I purchased a really nice white jacket from Bangkok since Feb but haven't worn it.

having a white pencil skirt is great, but what I hate the most is seeing women wear it w/the wrong panties or perhaps the skirt, itself, is too transparent. That is a definite no-no in my book, so if you must own a white skirt, it must be fully lined and only nude panties allowed (or mb no panties at all…sometimes a gal's gotta get freaky deaky).
I love my white pencil skirt. I think I should replace it though; it not lined so I have to wear a slip with it and I keep having to resew the buttons on. I really like the style though because it's a high-waisted skirt with buttons (I <3 buttons).

Oh and to answer your question, I recommend Makeup Forever Aqua liners (eye liner pencil). They stay put all day!!! Or you can try gel liners. They're great too!
