If there was a way for me to scream through this post to let you ladies know how excited I am about this review, I would. Just imagine me literally screaming and then dancing afterwards after trying both of these on. I couldn’t wait to share with all the small footed women out there! If you have been following me, you will know I adore Ann Taylor pumps not only because of the quality but for the comfort. Well if you have a 4.5 to a small size 5 foot, and have trouble finding pumps/shoes that don’t have a huge gap in the back or don’t slip every time you walk, then you are in a for a treat today! Every single pair of my AT pumps are too loose and big but I suffer for fashion and add shoe pads to make them work. And even with pads, I have to grip my toes when I walk to keep my feet in. Sound familiar? The only pairs that semi-fit and runs smaller than most is the perfect patent pumps. But even those are slightly too big but much better than the perfect exotic pumpor regular perfect leather pump (yes I have all of them). I still regret and feel sick about selling my granite suede ones last year for only $50 to a reader because they were too big, probably should have kept them and added padding.
I fell in love with these Kamela Lizard Stamped Wedgesas soon as they hit online. I ordered them along with some other stuff to get free shipping just to see if it fits like the rest of my AT shoes. I didn’t even think for a second they would fit. Well guess what? They fit SNUG! Yes I said SNUG!! It’s a miracle! I know there are so many ladies out there that have yearned to own a pair of AT shoes but the size 5’s run so big, this is your chance! No slippage, no back in the back of the heel and no need for shoe pads!!! I honestly cannot believe it! And guess what else? They are insanely comfortable! Even more so than the pumps (which are as comfortable as pumps can be).
I love that I can wear this to work (still classy enough for Friday’s) and on the weekends! These also come in a deep espresso color if you’re not into black.
SIZE: Size 5 runs like a 4.5 so if you have bigger feet, order a size up. If you have tiny feet, these are perfect for you!
QUALITY: Lizard leather is insanely soft and very high quality.
INSOLE: 8 3/4″ (other AT pumps are 9 1/4″)
HEEL: 3″ heel – perfect height. Love.

It might sound crazy but I think these are worth it even at full price! Eeks! I probably will return and wait for a better sale. But they are definitely on my “stalk” list.

What's worst, is that mine is wider so it's even harder when I try to fit-in in a narrow shoes, it's killing me!

I have tried looking at Nordies for 4.5's but nothing really jumps out at me. My sister on the other hand has like 200 pairs in sz 4 – all from Nordies..LOL

I'm always curious…why dont you buy sz 4s/4.5s @ Nordstrom? They must fit you better than these other brands you buy.
