Cropped Mustard Pea Coat (also comes in several diff. colors)
If you follow me on Twitter, you would have heard that I am on a shopping in-store diet for a bit. So to satisfy my hunger for shopping, I will be doing a lot of shopping online. I wanted to share with you some cute items I found recently. Yes I am still yearning for a mustard coat! I thought this cropped one was adorable but unsure of how petite friendly it is. I am currently stalking the J.Crew mustard to go on sale. Many of you have asked if it’s cold enough in CA for a coat and the answer is, definitely yes! It snowed (rare but it does) last year so I’d say a coat is necessary. Not a heavy coat but it gets down to the low 30’s and I am freezing when it hits 60 degrees 🙂
I have been on the hunt for a pink belt for awhile now but haven’t found just the right one. I am eying this one am waiting for a good sale. Hope the XS fits like the Ann Taylor perfect patent ones!
If you are into colored denim, these are super cute! And if I was a shorts type of girl, I would order these mustard wool shorts in a heart beat. I’m not looking to do anything spectacular, just learn a few basics so I don’t have to vomit every time I go to the tailor’s.

OOh, I bought one of those mini sewing machines once (as seen on tv) and I remember breaking the thing! lol. All great finds, love colored denim!!
I don't use mine often enough so I spend about 15 minutes re-oiling my machine before I can sew. My husband felt sorry for me so he encourages me to go to the tailors instead. It may help to befriend a tailor who may be doing alteration on the side. I did and she charges half or a third of what I would pay for at the shop where she works.
