I finally decided to spend the money to tailor my crochet skirt. The waist was gigantic and every time I would wear it, it was very uncomfortable and would not hold up even with a belt. I coughed up the money and now it fits perfectly! This is one of those times where I wish I knew how to sew! I found another one of these skirts in a size small recently on LuLu’s and tweeted about it and Kileen was able to snag it:)
My purple pumps are so much fun! They fit perfectly in a size 4 and no slippage! I love the low 2 inch cone heel. I can definitely wear these on the weekends too:)

I love those shoes!!! I have one pair of fun pink pumps that I adore, but I really want to add a pair of red and mustards ones as well.

i really like the purple cardi and purple pumps together. they look super chunky and lovely! unfortunately i am a true 4.5 so their 4's squeeze me a bit but i'm so glad they fit you perfectly!

Really like those purple pumps! I've recently realized that I just don't have enough color in my shoe closet – I need to brighten it up! I saw a beautiful pair of turquoise pumps with a stacked heel at Steve Madden the other day, but unfortunately they don't come in anything lower than a size 6. I guess I'll just have to keep looking!

oh i totally missed this post somehow!! i love this outfit combination! i finally styled my lace crochet skirt. the waist is indeed humongous and it barely site on top of my hips. i basically have it resting at my hips currently as i feel like it's a little short on me otherwise. maybe i'll alter it… 🙂
