After seeing these jeggings on Wendy and how well they fit her, I had to give them a try.
Measurements:

SIZE/FIT: These run really small and are body hugging. I was shocked to see the waist was as tiny as it was. See how they compare to the Gap leggings in 00P. It’s 1.5″ smaller! After a full meal, I may not be able to breathe.
If you are taller than me (5′ tall), you may want to get the regular for a longer inseam. My ideal is 28″ and I am afraid this may shrink too much and look like capris after several washes. MATERIAL: 2% spandex, 21% polyester, 77% cotton. They are very soft and is much thinner compared to the GAP legging jeans.
COLOR: The color is Ruby. I’m a little perplexed as to why they chose this name but I like the color. They are much darker (no fading/whiskers) than the GAP jeans.
PRICE: Even at full price ($34.94)- not bad for jeggings but since Old Navy always runs promotions, you can score these at a much lower price. I’m sure after Christmas- they will go on sale. I had some rewards money so these ended up being free!
VERDICT: I like them but I’m afraid that the inseam will be too short after washing them several times. Still debating. I ordered the marshmallow white ones as well for Spring/Summer.

I just went to the ON link you posted for these pants…read some of the reviews on there. That might help you make up your mind! This one from 12-18 was interesting:
"I'd expect them to last far longer than 1-2 months before losing their stretch and the fabric wearing very thin. Honestly, most of these reviews are from people who just got their jeans or only have worn these once or twice. I would have given then 5 stars then too. I'd be willing to bet if people waited a month or two to review, they'd have a different rating for sure"

I have them in a different size and have washed them several times (inside out to preserve the color) and am really impressed with them. I was and dry them, but wash them with cold water and I haven't noticed any amount of shrinking. I even bought another pair of black ones so I could have a back-up.
lol, after seeing it on Wendy I had to give it a try too. Size 0p is TINY as you said. I am too big for it. I put it on and left it on for half an hour and decided that it was threatening to cut off my legs' circulation. 😀 I'd order a size up and try again. I find the length to be just right for me.

i bought a pair of these in black back in october and i promptly returned to buy the ruby pair and a red pair- i LOVE them. i'm 5'1" and i bought mine in stores (so no petite) and the black pair & denim pair are perfect- the red pair are not made of the same material, and they are really long on me. they do run small- i normally wear a 4 or 6 and i had to size up to an 8!
i have yet to see someone that they don't completely flatter- they look fabulous on you and i love them on myself as well! i'm glad they restocked them!

i always have a tough time with old navy pants/jeans. i have the rock star jeggings in red. i ended up getting a size 4 tall. they fit tight on my waist but then are kinda baggy-ish on my thighs and ankles. the regular were way to short and the tall were way too long. looking at them on you, i now realize even more how ill fitting mine are! you look GREAT as always! =)
