I typically would have walked right past this blouse in the store but since I’ve been into floral prints lately, I decided to bring it with me to the fitting room. I was pleasantly surprised to see how well it fit. The sleeves are a bit long but I usually like to cuff them up anyways. I like how there is no bunching when the shirt is tucked in. It almost feels like it is a custom fit shirt. The cut is very slim so you may need to size up if you are in-between sizes.
The floral pattern is nice and simple which makes it easy to wear. I think black and white color combo is always very classic. I completely forgot to look what the material is made out of but I’m guessing it’s a cotton blend.
This pink pencil skirt is one of my oldest items from Forever 21. I’m shocked it’s held up for so long and is fully lined! The fit is so perfect for me and with no alterations. I feel like the sizing has gone all crazy and very inconsistent over the years. After my last failed order from there, I think I will stay clear for awhile.
I also found this blazer which is made out of the same material as the popular cropped navy blazer. Style # is 050819 and is $34.95. I really wanted the pink one but there was no size 2 left. I will be hunting this down! The pink one I tried on is a size 4 and the navy was a size 2. It’s hard to tell the difference in sizing but I did have a thick sweater on underneath. If you find a size 2 in the pink, please pick up for me! (Thanks Kellie!!)
What are your thoughts on this blouse?
I have seen that floral shirt every time I walk into a H&M and never give it much though. This is one of those shirt that look better on a person then it does on a hanger. The shirt looks great paired with the pink skirt.
Love how you styled the floral with the bright pink – and your hair looks so pretty up! Will have to check my local H&M tomorrow for those blazers (I'll letcha know)> 🙂
That blouse looks awesome with the Chanel *__*
I like the mix of elements that you use here; chains and pearls, soft florals with a bright hue. =)
Such a cute blouse – very romantic. I also really like your pictures – they look really nice on the bridge.

Love it! Here's maybe a silly question but I've always wondered — do you ever have problems keeping the skinny belts in their place when you have no belt loops? How do you do it? I've tried to use skinny belts but they move all over the place unless there is a loop. Please share your secret!!
Annie, you're beautiful. The skirt provides an amazing splash of color to compliment this lovely blouse and those sweet Louboutin pumps. You look outstanding!

I JUST bought this shirt last week…!!! I also felt like it was a custom tailored shirt…it just fits perfectly along my torso, is exactly the right lengths, and doesn't pucker around the buttons. Plus I love the print to death…it's gonna be a great versatile piece. I'm looking forward to wearing it dressed up with black accessories and sleek skirts (like you)…and also toned down with browns, sweaters, maybe a neck bow. Love the way you've styled it with brights…looks darling 🙂
P.s. SUPER excited to have found another petite blogger with such fantastic taste. Following you!

oh my goodness!!! I would've never thought to wear that black and white blouse with bright pink! It works together so well! What a lovely find from F21. Sometimes you get lucky with them!
That blouse is gorgeous! It's unfortunate that there is no H&M where I live.

I like the romantic feel of the black floral on white print and I can't believe that skirt has held up so well from F21! It is a beautiful color – perfect for an eye towards spring and complements your skin tone so well 🙂
love the blouse, you look awesome in this outfit
I love that shirt, the only size I could find at my local H&M is size 4 and big on me. I like pink skirt and black/white shirt. So beautiful!
love the hot pink against the black and white!!
Lovely. Elegant and ladylike, yet feminine and un-boring. Yep, sometimes I associate elegance with boring, as much as I admire it. Haha!

Love it! Does your skirt have a red trim?
Thanks Christina! My skirt is all pink- no trim 🙂
I know this comment is coming waaaaay after the fact on your entry, but I just got around to going to H&M and had to get this shirt! I loved the way it looks on you and I thought maybe it would look good on me too. 🙂 I am going to be starting a new job next week, so it'll be nice to have something kind of funky but not too over-the-top.
