Boots: Halogen Brianna – size 4.5 (buy here)
I have gotten so much wear out of this cheap F21 tunic that it’s already starting to pill. I guess for $9.50, I can’t really complain. It’s been one of my most comfortable and versatile casual pieces (see previous post here and here). Thanks again Elle for posting about it!

This LOFT blazer is one of those items that never gets any love because of the boxy fit. It’s one of those lessons I never seem to learn and that is don’t buy it only because it’s on sale and a 00P. Layered over a thick sweater and dress makes it fit nicely as a jacket.
This honeycomb sweater has been a very popular item among bloggers. See it on Vicky, Kelly, Khatu, Sydney and Wendy. I had to hold back on getting every color but knew it would end up in a blog sale. I was so proud that I resisted and only got one. I am really happy with the light citron color. It’s one of those colors that just makes you happy.
These Halogen boots popped back up in a size 4 – in case there are any ladies with small feet looking for some great cognac boots. I’m so glad I got them and would definitely recommend them.
What are your thoughts on this outfit?
I'm really liking the citron. The more I see it on, the more I like it; plus, it looks great with the navy =) Nice pairing!
Really like this casual look on you Annie!
I love the idea of using the dress as a skirt. The colors also work beautifully together.

Love that collar necklace on you!
Those boots are so cute!!
After seeing the preview from your Facebook fan page, I'm sure the proper post was going to be something special… and it is! The sweater and the boots are my favorite elements of this whole outfit. Your beauty shines as brightly as the bright yellow color of your sweater.

This looks amazing together…totally in love with this look!
Ooo! I love this look. Navy stripes + citron is so fresh and classic-chic.
Found you through Jean…LOL
Adorable outfit, love it!
that is such a great idea. putting a sweater over a shirt dress and using the shirt dress as a top layer & a skirt. I think I'm going to try that too! You look ready to go on a yacht.
nice look dear!

Such a nice Early Spring outfit!
I have the Honeycomb sweater but I'm becoming very unhappy with it. It pills way too much. I don't know if it's just mine (Acorn color – like a camel coloring) or what. It is really soft and warm though.
I adore everything about this look from the necklace to the amazing boots, gorgeous.
Hi! I just wanted to let you know that I used your outfit as inspiration for my ootd today! I'd love for you to check it out if you get a chance and let me know what you think.
Great ensemble – that collar necklace is very versatile! And of course, you already know I'd love the stripes with anything 🙂
Hi!
Lovely outfit!
For the first time I seriously considering ordering from the U.S (live in Sweden).
Just wondering, how is the boot in the leg, i have pretty skinny legs and most boots end up too wide at the top and sometimes also too long, they almost end up overknee…
would love to hear how these are! thanks!
There is still some room in the leg opening but it's do-able. When tucked into skinny jeans- it's decent. When I wear them alone, it's not bad. I say get them! 🙂 The shaft height is perfect for me (5' tall).
love what you did with that dress!
thanks!! 🙂
