I’ve been on the hunt for some sunglasses but it has been a total fail. I ordered these Ray Ban’s after reading tons of reviews stating they were perfect for someone with a smaller face. It looked so ridiculous on me, I didn’t even bother taking pictures. These Missoni’s were a score a long time ago at TJMaxx and I forgot I even had them. They are much too big and heavy for me. They slip down my nose every two seconds (argh). I do love the chain link sides and remind me of these Chanel sunnies that I will be splurging on (soon). Is it just me or are sunglasses the hardest to find? I don’t know if it’s the shape of my face or my Asian nose but it’s by far the worst thing to shop for. I am tired of buying cheapies for $9-$10 and want something nice that will protect my eyes (and also try to look somewhat chic).
Anyone else have problems finding sunglasses that fit their face?

Cute! As always 🙂
I'd love to splurge on a pair of good sunglasses that FIT one day. But for now I stick with the cheapies =/ *sigh*
It's hard to believe that you'd have trouble finding sunglasses, Annie. You've got an almond shaped face which by definition (not mine, btw, lol) look great in every shape of sunglasses on earth. And I'm not kidding. These sunglasses look chic on the side, but honestly having a too fat of a rim in the front. Still you managed to look super chic. (wth, lol)
I think the trick to finding a pair that fit your face structure and won't fall off every second, is to go to the store and try them on. Ordering online just won't work, unless you know exactly what you are looking for. I find it harder than buying shoes.
Where is the belt from btw? Not one of your super duper vintage finds again,I hope? 🙂
Mint is definitely your color! Those sunglasses look very stylish, and in the pics I would never guess that they're cheapies. I have a hard time finding sunglasses, too – my face is small as well and I feel like so many make me look bug-eyed. I'll look forward to hearing about the pair you ultimately decide on.
Love the seafoam & navy combo – this is the perfect spring sweater! 🙂
Love your posts! I had a hard time finding sunglasses that fit as well, but came across a few pairs from Ralph Lauren that fit perfectly…it's easy to justify the price when you've searched far and wide for them!
Love this look. So fresh for spring! 🙂
i struggle with the sunnies, too. I'm looking at some tory burch ones. i guess they're supposed to be a little smaller. im excited to see which chanel ones you end up with!

I think in reality you're more of a 0P. You're just able to fit in 00P because of vanity sizing.
I love that Spring is here. It has been so nice seeing blogger wear white. Mint is definitely your color this Spring.
I usually get my sunglasses at Loft during their "buy one, get one" sale. My last pair I found at TJ Maxx though and they are Calvin Klein's. I'm kind of a "throw them in your bag and go girl" so it wouldn't do for me to spend too much money on sunglasses 😉 I'm loving everything about your bag, it's fabulous!!
Really Annie? Really? I swear, I had a similar sweater, but in a cream color and I threw it away coz I thought it was ugly and didn't know how to wear it LOL. Gosh, you make any clothes look good!
Great job on the sock bun as well as everything else! You always look so classy.

your sweater looks so nice & comfy! and i really like your rebecca minkoff bag. i have the mini mac but i haven't seen the mab mini yet. i think the color is perfect for spring! as for sunglasses, i've tried the small wayfarers and i liked it except for the fact that it touched my cheeks. it's annoying if you wear foundation. i've had great luck with marc by marc jacobs glasses. the frames aren't as overwhelming on my face. however, those were aviators and i'm not sure if that's the type of sunglasses you're into. but it's definitely a brand to check out 🙂

Yes! Sunglasses are hard for me to find. Hubby and I were talking about buying a pair for me this morning actually. He was like 'oh, just wear my old pair' and I gave him a funny look because he's like a foot and a half taller than me and there is no way that I'll fit into anything he owns. I tried them on to show him and they were so wide I couldn't keep them on my ears, they would just slide right off! ugh.

RayBan aviators work for my Asian face and nose.
I also find it ridiculously hard to find sunglasses that are not too wide for my face. Nothing is worse than looking like a little girl borrowing mommy's sunnies.
I was having the same problem with sunglasses that fit and look good. I finally invested in a pair of Bvlgari's. Even though i've had them for almost 2 years, I never get tired of how they make me look. Love the mint green striped sweater on you.
Finding the perfect glasses is a big challenge for everyone, i think. Love the outfit!

I love the belt, where is it from?
Love your sweater and pearls! Adorable outfit 🙂
love this, it's so cozy and chic
Your sunglasses are probably falling off you because you never got them fitted, girl! I have a super tiny face- every pair of sunglasses i buy, I go to a glasses store (independent optometrists are the best) and get them fitted. They will heat them to form to your face. Result- every pair fits.
Also, the glasses stores will fit them for free!
I love the texture of that type of knit…it's a detail that's really eye catching.

Thank you so much- will def try this! Never even thought of it 🙂
It's taken from dress at H&M 🙂
I must have a weird oval shape then…LOL And the belt is taken from a dress at H&M 🙂
I just bought this sweater. You make it so classy looking. I hope to wear it as well as you.
