I hemmed and hawed about keeping this dress but finally decided it was too cute to return. I love the bow detail and had reservations about the cut out but this one is minimal enough that it’s not as shocking.  I think Kate Spade did a good job at not making the cut out too large or too noticeable.  The one thing you have to make sure is to wear a demi cup bra so it doesn’t show on the corners of the cut out.

As much as I adore this dress, the exposed zipper ruins the dress. I don’t understand why designers keep doing this. I think it cheapens the look and is not attractive whatsoever.  I’m giving this dress a pass only because I love it so much.

I am loving my Victoria Secret sandals! I ended up getting a price adjustment when they got marked down to $39 $29 (thanks Cookie!).  For size reference, they run a smaller than Ann Taylor shoes and slightly larger than J.Crew size 5’s. These fit me pretty well and the ankle strap helps hold my feet in place.  Next time, I want to pair this outfit with my yellow Chanel WOC.
