Shoes: Ferragamo Vara – size 5 (buy here)
Sunnies: Chanel
Hi everyone! I’m finally back from our three week vacation in Italy! It felt like I was gone for months. We had a fabulous time but it’s good to be back. I’m in the process of catching up on everything so I apologize if I haven’t responded to emails or comments on Facebook or Instagram.
Traveling is never easy for me especially if it’s for a long period of time. Living out of a suitcase is never fun and I got a bit home sick. This was our second time visiting but instead of doing all the touristy activities like we did in 2009, we decided to stay in the southern region near the coast.
It’s so hard to soak everything in while you are there. We love the Italian culture (not to mention the amazing leather goods) and the people are so incredibly kind. The architecture and history in each city is enough to make your jaw drop. It’s amazing to know that these buildings have been there for centuries.
We had rainy weather the first week but then got blessed with warm and sunny weather for the remainder of our stay. I’ll share some scenic photos once I go through all of them.
Hubby almost made another appearance but this was as far as I could push him. It’s a good thing he’s so tall that I was able to crop out his head without losing much of the photo. We didn’t even realize we had color coordinated until I uploaded these photos. 🙂
Have a great weekend!
Cute skirt! The top and sunglasses are cool. The low-heel pumps are very nice to go with this outfit. Beautiful hair to go with your lovely face and smile. Annie awesomeness and allure. 🙂

Thank you!
I’m interested in buying Ferragamo shoes in the future, and hear they run small/ very narrow. What do you think?
I’ve heard this as well but I didn’t find this to be the case. My brown ones fit snugger than my patent leather navy ones. It’s best to try them on first before ordering:)

Thank you Carol! 🙂 Yes very blessed to be able to have that long of a holiday! My suitcase was a mess..and I had to pack for rainy and sunny weather conditions. It was maxed out at the weight limit. lol

I like the simplicity of this outfit. Are the Varas comfortable for walking around all day? – Alma Affaires
Yes they were! Some say you need to break them in but luckily both of the mine were already broken in so maybe that helped 🙂 It was nice that they had a tiny heel to give a bit of height but still low enough to navigate through the cobblestone streets.

Thanks for the quick reply!– I may consider investing in a pair once my self-imposed shopping ban is over, which won’t be for a while 🙂 Will do more research in the meantime!- Alma
No problem! It’s a great investment and a classic item to have 🙂

Gorgeous outfit Annie! So glad that white skirt worked out for you it’s so darling. hehe You and hubby are so cute together. Definitely looking forward to more pictures. By the way, the photobomber in the last picture totally cracks me up with his facial expression. 😉 Did you guys do any driving on the wrong side of the scenic roads?
Thanks Jess! No driving for us. We decided not to rent a car because the roads in Italy are insane. We walked and took the train/bus everywhere 🙂
