Happy Saturday! I’m loving this peach full skirt for Spring and Summer (I’m getting a head start). It’s one of those skirts that makes you feel girly and all you want to do is twirl around in it. And..it has pockets! Some may argue that this type of skirt and longer length isn’t flattering on petites (cuts off our short legs etc.) but I beg to differ! I think full skirts can be flattering on many body types and I firmly believe that you should wear whatever makes you happy!
Measurements: waist 10 3/4″ laying flat, length 23.5″
The waist runs very small and provides little to no stretch. Make sure to size up if you are unsure or between sizes. I’m wearing it on my high waist and it’ll definitely be tight after a full meal. As a reference, the US 00 petite runs smaller than a typical H&M size 2. I really like the thick scuba material – it drapes nicely and is not wrinkle prone.
I love outfits where you feel ultra feminine and sexy but it still looks classy. This Urban Outfitters cropped lace tee (buy here) doesn’t look very “cropped” in this outfit but when worn with a skirt on my natural waist, it’ll have more of the cropped look. It doesn’t come with a cami/tank so I paired it with my H&M basic white tank. I adore the elbow scalloped sleeves and bottom – my new favorite top!

This skirt comes in two colors for petites but in regular sizing, they have a beautiful chartreuse (ordered to try). Here’s the red version on me:
Top: Urban Outfitters – size XS (buy here)
H&M Crinkled Skirt – size 2 (buy here)
Left: original Length 25″ Right: hemmed to 21.5″
Waist: 11.5″ flat across
I originally wanted the blush version of this H&M crinkle skirt but it sold out so quickly! I settled on black and ended up loving it. It says it’s knee length online but on me, it’s more of a midi. I’ve decided that I feel more comfortable with the hem taken up a little past my knees.

I love that cropped lace top! It pairs perfectly with your high-waisted skirt. I think midi length skirts looks best for petites when it’s high-waisted as the way you wore it! Also loving the peachy color since pastels are in once a again 🙂
the pink skirt looks so flattering on you and definitely does not make your legs look short! love the color too 🙂
Classy Annie.. You look effortlessly chic 🙂
Stylishly cute. Adorable skirt and stylish pumps. That skirt is in a nice color- kind of like cherry or strawberry cotton candy. The cropped top looks very nice to compliment this outfit. You’re put together beautifully here, Annie!
