If you’re looking for some metallic pumps for Spring/Summer, these are a good option. They are a pretty blush pink color (so pretty) which makes it less bold than metallic gold. They run TTS (true to size) but unfortunately are too big for me. The heel height is supposed to be 3.5″ but feels more like 4″. The leather is semi stiff but feels like it could be comfortable after a breaking in period. Would recommend.
I need some comfy, flat strappy sandals for Summer so when I saw that these ran small, I ordered them immediately. They seem to be comfortable as soon as I put them on. They run 1/2 size smaller which makes size 5’s perfect for me. You’ll probably want to order the next size up. These are cute but the ankle straps cut off my short legs and I need all the help I can get. Still deciding.
Dolce Vita Niro Sandal – size 5 (buy here)
I’m always on the hunt for came/neutral sandals and these fit the bill. I love the caramel color and the straps are perfect – not too busy. The only thing I can complain about is the heel height. I wish it was 3 1/2″ instead of 3 7/8″ which is a bit high for casual wear. These run TTS and feel comfortable. They are still full price so I’ll hang on to them to see if they go on sale. Would recommend.
J.Crew everly suede pumps – size 5 (buy here)
I love chartreuse so it was a no brainer for me to have a pair in this color. I’ve noticed (maybe it’s just me) that the suede everly style doesn’t run true to J.Crew sizing. Normally, they run 1/2 size small but both of my suede everly pumps (pink and chartreuse) run more TTS than small. My gold metallic pumps run smaller than the suede and fit me perfectly. So strange! I’ve also noticed that J.Crew is not offering size 5 on a lot of their newer style shoes (like these or these). Not good for small footed ladies. 🙁 These are the perfect heel height (3.5″) and I would definitely recommend them. Hope you found these reviews and pictures helpful. Have a great weekend!
Send the Plato sandals back…..these are probably the worst style shoes petites can wear…..the others are a better choice.
