Hi everyone! I’m so excited to show you this polka dot tulle skirt from Space 46 Boutique. Polka dots + tulle = perfection. I love this skirt so much and couldn’t wait to wear it. I had to take in the waist and shorten the hem but now it’s perfect. The waist was originally 13″ across, I took it in by 1″.  The total original length was a little over 26″ and I cut off about 2 1/4″. The length is now 24″ and hits me below the knees. I could have taken it shorter but then I would have had to pay for alterations. By just cutting the outer layer, it saved me from having to hem the lining and second layer.  I paired this skirt with a simple navy tee, navy bow pumps (currently on sale – buy here) and added a statement pearl necklace. I’m loving this necklace so much – thank you Vicky for the recommendation. It looks like it’s sold out but they usually re-stock due to returns or changes in the inventory.
