Don’t you love that feeling when you put on a nice dress? I’ve always preferred dresses over anything else. They just somehow make me feel great especially when they fit perfectly. I’m constantly on the hunt for simple yet flattering outfits that I can wear everyday. This adorable polka dot flare dress is THE MOST COMFORTABLE dress ever.
I think since becoming a mommy, my style has changed slightly. I tend to lean more towards versatile pieces that I can easily dress up or down. I have think – is this practical? Can I wear this and chase a two year old? If the answer is yes, then it’s a winner! 🙂
This dress is super soft and petite friendly. I love the fact that ModCloth carries a variety of sizes from XXS – 4X. Most of the XXS fit with me NO alterations (yay!). I always thought that if you’re petite, you had to specifically buy petite sizes but if you read my blog daily, you know this isn’t always the case. 🙂
Sizing runs true to size. I’m wearing XXS and it fits like a glove. Super flattering, pulls and sucks you in all the right places but leaves you enough room to breathe and eat. The length is exactly where I like my dresses to fall – right at the knees. Modest yet still proportional to my petite frame. It’s effortless which is always a time saver for me in the morning. You can wear this to the farmers market, shopping, out to brunch with the girls or pair it with a cropped cardigan for work. It’s seriously one of the most comfortable dresses I own. I have a feeling this will be on heavy rotation for spring and summer.
