It has been a week! Yesterday I lost over 12,000 of Milan’s photos and videos on my iPhone. No joke. It’s all gone. Lost forever. My phone got disabled due to an incorrect passcode which makes NO sense because it’s the same one I use all the time and have never changed it. Well apparently after so many attempts, your iPhone gets disabled and the only way to unlock it is to reset the phone back to factory mode. Which basically means you lose EVERYTHING.
I tried to transfer everything over to my hard drive a couple weeks ago but kept getting errors so I gave up and put it off. Well…lesson learned. Always back it up. I don’t use iCloud which of course I regret. I finally downloaded Google Photos and Shutterfly as backups. I’m also going to put in a reminder for myself to transfer my photos/videos every month. If the photos were of me or random things, I wouldn’t care but photos and videos of Milan? My pride and joy. She will never be this age again so I’m just sick to my stomach about it. So if you learn anything from my mistakes, go and back up your photos and then back up your back ups!
I realized that all I’ve been posting are dresses so finally an outfit with jeans. Love these sailor crop skinny jeans. So cute and totally a different look than any of my other white jeans. Sizing runs true to size (wearing size 00 petite) however there was one issue that I found. The crotch area is slightly baggy. This is one of my biggest pet peeves especially for jeans. Who wants baggy crotch? Um…no thanks (lol). It could be just me but I wanted to point it out. I’m hoping after some shrinkage in the dryer, it will fix this issue.
The inseam (23.5″) is perfect for petite gals! No cropping or alterations needed. Unless you have long legs then you may consider the regular sizes for a longer inseam. These look great with flats, heels or sandals. Wore them for an entire day and they were very comfortable with minimal stretching. Yay!
I love this seersucker blazer so much! Sizing runs true to size but slightly boxy. I have several other Ann Taylor blazers and this one is more cropped (which I like). This is exactly like the popular seersucker pencil skirt from a couple of years ago (see HERE). The sleeves are supposed to be 3/4″ but for someone with short arms, it’s more of a bracelet length. I don’t mind it because you can show off your arm candy. 🙂
