I used dress up for everything. I never wore casual clothes and when I did, I felt so awkward. I was always over-dressed for every occasion but now I’m all about comfort. I think it has a lot to do with becoming a mommy. You have no choice but to feel as comfortable as possible when trying to keep up with a two year old that’s a ball of energy. Today I’m partnering up with Bloomingdale’s to share this casual yet chic look.
There is no doubt that I am a complete sucker for all things polka dots and this Splendid dot print sweatshirt is all kinds of cozy. Sizing runs true to size and I’m wearing size XS. I typically don’t gravitate towards tops that are boxy but this sweatshirt is designed to be boxy. I’m loving the relaxed fit and it’s beyond comfortable!
You can also pair this sweatshirt with some girlfriend jeans and sneakers for a chic weekend look. I love it and would recommend! I also found the matching pair of dot print joggers to go with it – so cute!
I paired it with this super soft rib knit tank which happens to be the perfect length to wear over leggings. The material of this tank is amazing! I love the rounded hem so much – makes it look much more flattering. This is perfect for layering.
So obviously I’m petite (under 5′ tall) and finding leggings that are just the right length is a major struggle! I was so happy when these arrived and they not only fit perfectly but OMG – they are insanely soft and comfortable. I will be living in these.
