Simple and Casual Winter Outfit Idea (plus Christmas came early for me)

Winter holiday outfit plaid scarf cognac boots chunky sweate

Today was a great day and Christmas came early for me.Β  Woo hoo!Β  After almost three months since my car accident, I finally picked up my new Tesla!Β  I’ve been driving a rental car this entire time so needless to say I was very excited when I heard the car was ready earlier than expected.Β  We had the model S before and I loved it however it wasn’t exactly kid friendly so I decided to get the model X.Β  The doors alone are worth it because it makes it so much easier with Milan.Β  Anyway, wanted to share this simple casual outfit plus this plaid scarf is only $25 + free shipping!

If you love scarves but dislike how bulky they can be sometimes, this plaid tartan fringed scarf is a great option.Β  It’s super lightweight and it looks effortless.Β  It comes in two different colors and I’m wearing the black option.

You may have noticed for the past couple months, I’ve been obsessed with these cognac leather boots.Β  I probably posted them a million times with mirror selfies but never showed how they look outside.Β  I can wear these boots all day and my feet don’t hurt.Β  I love them so much!Β  You can read my full review HERE.

  1. The boots look amazing on you. But with great sadness I had to take mine back today. I loved them so much that I stood outside the Ann Taylor door thinking of a way to keep them. Unfortunately the shaft was too high for my short legs 😒They are so beautiful and I was so excited when they came in a few days ago. They were perfect everywhere else but I would have not been able to sit down. They bent at the back of my knee because they were too high. I guess I am an abnormal petite and the struggle is very real. The girl at the store said she was going to buy them because they didn’t get them in the store. So I guess I made her day. Now I’m back on the hunt for riding boots with a shaft under 15. But I still love your blogg. Happy Holidays!

  2. Merry Christmas! Blessings to your family! Everything looks cute on you in this post. But not even one picture of the car?? Maybe in a later post you can tell us about it, ok? See you in the New Year:).
