I’ve been wearing beanies so much lately that I decided I wanted to step outside of my comfort zone and try a beret. I was hesitant at first because I wasn’t sure I could pull it off. After wearing one, I decided I love it. I also wanted to share this amazing striped dress that fits perfectly with no alterations PLUS it’s currently on sale for only $25!
In full disclosure, it’s been a long time since I’ve purchased a striped dress. I ordered this one out of curiosity. Anytime I see the name of a dress with the word “t-shirt”, I run as fast as I can. However, this time, it’s a winner!
Sizing runs true to size and I’m wearing XXSP. The length is knee length but I pulled it up and belted it for a more casual look to wear with boots. See below to see what it looks like without the jacket and true length.
Love the sleeves. Love the length. Love everything. The only downside is it’s not lined. Luckily it’s not see through however you will want to wear nude undergarments. This dress will transition perfectly into Spring and Summer. You better hurry and get this dress because it’s currently marked down plus an extra 60% off making it only $25!
This outfit combines all my favorites – stripes, classic camel blazer and cognac boots. So comfortable and versatile.
If you want to try out this beret, it comes in five different colors. I’m tempted to get the camel color. I also picked up this cashmere cable knit version to try.
