Casual Spring Outfit: Lace + Blush

As much as I love dressing up, I love casual outfits too.Β  This outfit is definitely one of my favorite looks this year.

It’s everything I love all in one outfit.Β  A pretty lace top, pops of blush pinkΒ  and an amazing pair of denim.Β  I like that this outfit has a casual feel yet it’s polished and well put together.Β  You can swap out the pumps for some flats and it would still be chic.

This drape front faux suede jacket is everything.Β  It’s the third or fourth BLANKNYC jacket I own and it did not disappoint.Β  The only issue I had was deciding which color to get.Β  I ultimately ended up with ‘pink adobe’ because it’s obviously my favorite color (lol).

Sizing runs true to size and I’m wearing size XS.Β  It fits nicely however the sleeves are a long on me.Β  Luckily there are no zippers on the sleeves so I was able to easily roll them up twice.

You know jeans have always been the hardest for me to shop for right?Β  I know I’ve mentioned this before but Topshop petite jeans are my FAVORITE.Β  They fit me so well and the inseam is always perfection.Β  These Topshop Jamie vintage jeans are my new fave.Β  Love the wash – not too dark and not too light.Β  It seems like every pair of jeans I come cross has some type of distressing which I don’t mind however it’s nice to have a pair of non-distressed jeans.

Sizing runs small.Β  I’m wearing size 24×28 (fits like a 23″ waist) but also have a ton of Topshop jeans in size 25×28 (fits like a 24″ waist).Β  I would recommend sizing up if you are in-between sizes.Β  The cut is very flattering and slimming.Β  I do want to point out that the hem is frayed (un-finished) which I don’t mind and think it still looks amazing.

Last but not least, this lace crossover bodysuit is so pretty.Β  Sizing runs true to size and I’m wearing size XS.Β  This is a great way to create a tucked in look without having to adjust it throughout the day.

Top: Lizzie crossover bodysuit (size XS) | Jacket: BLANKNYC drape front faux suede jacket (size XS) | Jeans: Topshop Jamie vintage jeans (size 24×28) | Shoes: Steve Madden daisie pointy toe pumps (size 5) | Bag: Givenchy small Antigona leather satchel

Any chance you can add petite workout clothing to your posts. I’ve had good luck with Zella (sometimes) but I’d love to find some other options.

  7. I’m impressed, I have to admit. Genuinely rarely should i encounter a weblog that’s both educative and entertaining, and let me tell you, you may have hit the nail about the head. Your idea is outstanding; the problem is an element that insufficient persons are speaking intelligently about. I am delighted we came across this during my look for something with this.

  8. Woah! I’m really enjoying the template/theme of this site.
It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s very difficult to get that
“perfect balance” between user friendliness and visual appearance.
I must say you have done a great job with this.
Also, the blog loads very quick for me on Internet explorer.

    Excellent Blog!

me know if this is happening to them as well?
This could be a problem with my web browser because I’ve had
    this happen previously. Thanks
