I stopped taking care of myself for a long time. My health was never a priority. Working out wasn’t at the top of my list. I just kind of threw in the towel so to speak. I wasn’t out of shape but I definitely didn’t do anything to take care of myself. Yoga has been on my to-do list for so long. It’s one of things where you want to do it but never get around to trying. Well now I’m going to try everything!
My friend Joleenx3 told me about this pink scalloped set and I couldn’t resist. She knows how obsessed I am with anything that has scallops.
How adorable is this yoga set? OMG. I die. It comes in five different colors and I must have them all. Would that be wrong? 🙂
Here’s what the back looks like. So freaking cute. Sizing runs true to size and I’m wearing size XS. The bra fits nicely and has a decent amount of support. I wouldn’t wear this running but it’s good enough for yoga or pilates. I was pleasantly surprised that the inseam of the leggings are petite friendly. It’s such a struggle finding cute leggings that have the perfect length for shorter gals. Plus scallops…come on! Sign me up.
I challenge to you to try one thing you’ve always wanted to try. I challenge you put yourself first. Take care of yourself. Remind yourself that it’s okay to spoil yourself. Especially if you are a mom. I never truly realized the importance of self care until now. Since I started taking care of myself and putting myself first, I’ve noticed a dramatic shift in my mindset, energy level and overall happiness. My confidence came through and I feel like I’m a better mom and person in general. After you’re done reading this post, go do something for yourself. Your mind, body and soul will thank you for it.
