Little Black Dress for under $30 + Leopard Coat

I don’t know if you’ve noticed but I’ve been shopping much less than I used to.  I’m making it a point to wear and re-wear my older clothes instead of chasing sales.

It doesn’t exactly help my blogging business because the whole point is to show you the latest and greatest deals and styles. On the flip side, my pocket book is much happier.  Since I’ve moved twice in the past year, I’ve been forced to cull my entire closet probably 100x and have donated over 1/2 my closet.

I don’t know why it’s so hard letting go of clothes that we don’t wear.  There are some items that I haven’t worn for years yet I can’t seem to get rid of them.  Crazy right?  I’ve gotten a little bit better but it’s still a struggle.  This cheetah/leopard print coat is one of my favorite items and I will not be getting rid of it EVER.  It’s several years old and yet I still love it.  If you’re in the market for one, here are some options:

Now on to this little black dress.  My all time favorite dress and it’s currently 40% off.  I love this dress SO MUCH that I have in in several colors.  This is also maternity friendly.  I remember wearing these dresses all throughout my pregnancy (up to 9 months) with Milan.  It’s stretchy, flattering and extremely comfortable.

Honestly, how can you beat a comfortable dress that is good quality for under $30 + FREE SHIPPING?  You can’t.  It’s too good and you need it in your life.  It’s petite friendly and you will not regret it.

On a more personal note, I’m slowly getting back on track.  Now that the holidays are over, Milan’s birthday was a huge success, I feel like I can finally think straight.

I’m slowly getting my house furnished and in order.  It’s taking much longer than I had anticipated but things are coming along.  My goal for the next month is to get my office done.  I haven’t had a real home office for a year and I desperately need a creative space to run my business.  I have no idea how I’ve gone this long without one.  I’m hoping that once it’s done, it will really help me focus and hone in on my goals for 2020.  I hope you’re having a great start to the New Year!  XO

  1. This outfit suits you very good. Also, what a smile. You look so happy.
Wish you all the best, Annie.
    Thank you.

  2. I could never really get into over-knee boots. This black dress, however, is the most stylish element of this outfit. Charming smile and hairstyle as always. Pretty cool coat also, though I am usually not the biggest animal print person.
