Review: Clek Liing + Foonf Car seats

There are so many decisions when becoming a parent. It can be overwhelming. One of the most important decisions you will make is which car seat is best for your family. Today I’ll be reviewing two car seats by Clek.

Clek Foonf

I’ve had my eye on this Cleck Foonf car seat for awhile and I’m super excited to share my thoughts. The design and snowberry color drew me in immediately. I was so impressed with how solid this car seat is. It really is built like a tank! I’m always paranoid about carseats not being installed properly or if it’s sitting too loosely. Luckily the Clek Foonf has a forward facing rigid latch that makes it very secure. This feature alone makes it worth it.

This car seat is part of Clek’s C-Zero plus performance collection which is GREENGUARD Gold Certified. The company is based in Canada however all car seats are proudly made in North America. I love that this is the only car seat brand in North America with a car seat recycling program (love this).

I also wanted to mention if you have 3 kids, that Clek car seats are designed to make a 3-across seating possible. Woo hoo!

The Foonf can be used rear facing or front facing depending on your child’s height, weight and age. Milan is 4 years old, weighs 32 lbs., and is approximately 37″ tall. When using this seat rear facing, you can use it with the infant-thingy (sold separately) which can accommodate a child that is 5 lbs. and 19″.

Milan LOVES her new car seat. She says it’s super comfortable which makes me so happy. It’s also super easy for me to put her in and take her out. Win win for both of us!

Clek Liing

I did a lot of research before deciding on a car seat for Meadow Ivy. After reading about the Clek Liing, I knew this was the one I wanted. There were several factors that went into me deciding on Clek. Safety is the first and foremost deciding factor when I was doing my research. Based on everything I found, I felt that Clek was the safest option for my new baby girl.

It’s naturally flame retardant, renewable, hypoallergenic and biodegradable. This car seat checked off all boxes for me. Also, Clek has amazing support should you have any questions. Their service is unmatched and I rarely say this.
