Garden Theme Birthday Party Decorations:

Can you guys believe Milan is 7 years old?  I struggled with her birthday this year.  I thought it would get easier as your babies grow up but it doesn’t!  I literally blinked and Milan is 7 going on 17.  She’s been through so much that it’s hard to comprehend.  Two hernia surgeries at 6 weeks old, an infection from the surgery, divorce, moving several times, living out of boxes for awhile and then moving into a completely different county, starting a new school, becoming a big sister and so much more.  It has not been easy on either of us but we are here.  Together and stronger than ever.  I am SO insanely proud of the girl she is becoming.  She is beyond intelligent that I sometimes forget she’s so young.  I love how silly and funny she is too.  Her sense of humor is off the charts.  She’s thriving in school and has a great group of friends.  We can’t forget how amazing of a big sister she is to Meadow.  I love watching them together (when they aren’t fighting over toys or food).  She is a force to be reckoned with and I have a feeling Miss Milan will eventually rule this world.  So blessed to be her mommy. 🙂
