I picked up this geo print skirt on sale recently and was happy it fit so well. It didn’t do anything for me online but when I saw it in stores, I liked that it was different than my usual stripes or polka dot prints. Although it has an exposed zipper (not as noticeable) and is unlined, I was willing to look past it because of the fit.

I thought maybe the print was too busy but I figured I can tone it down with solid tops (navy/cream) and transition it with navy tights for Fall/winter.  If you like this print but want more of a neutral color, check out this rattan print pencil skirt

  1. The skirt looks good on you. It is a perfect outfit for a day at work, I think. Very sophisticated.

  2. This is such a beautiful outfit Annie! I love how the skirt stands out since you kept everything else simple allowing us to focus on the beautiful print. I really like the rattan print skirt you linked to as well. I bought the dot print dress but I haven’t had a chance to wear it and I might have to save it until next spring/summer. Who knows? Maybe we’ll be able to enjoy warm weather through the end of the month or early October if we’re lucky. πŸ™‚
