It’s been awhile since Miss Milan has made an appearance on the blog. She’s growing so fast and I want to cherish every minute. It’s a wild ride watching her sprout into this tiny little human with her own thoughts and sassy personality. She’s bossy, relentless and knows what she wants. She clearly takes after her mama (lol). Today I’m partnering with Nordstrom to share two spring outfits for toddlers.
I’m not going to lie…having a girl is SO MUCH FUN. Getting to dress her up in cute clothes is just the best. Makes all the exhaustion worth it (lol). Milan is now at the stage where she loves clothes, shoes and accessories. I had no idea they started this young. She has no problem telling me if she likes or dislikes something. Her new obsession are these Ugg boots. She has worn them every single day for the past few weeks. She says they are “so comfortable”. LOL
How adorable is this pom pom dress? If it came in adult sizes, I would be all over it. Can we just take a moment for this unicorn beanie? If you have been following Milan since birth, you know I always put her in hats. There’s no reason for it. I just love them on her and luckily she likes them too! It keeps her hair out of her face and it’s great for cooler days.
Since I got pregnant, I’ve purchased basically most of my baby stuff at Nordstrom. From diapers and wipes, strollers, toys and most of her clothes and shoes. Buying baby/kids stuff can be so daunting because it can be so overwhelming. Especially when it comes to figuring out what size to get. Every brand is different so it’s nice to be able to get multiple sizes to make sure one fits.
That’s why I love shopping at Nordstrom – free shipping and free returns with NO minimum. Every. Single. Day. Shopping online (usually late at night) saves me SO much time! For any moms out there, you know a few minutes can make or break our day.
This pom pom dress from Pippa & Julie runs true to size. Milan usually wears size 18 months for dresses and this fits her perfectly. So cute!
We’ve had some rain lately so it’s always a great excuse for Milan to wear her pink Hunter boots! They are the cutest rain boots ever.
When I saw this polka dot raincoat set, I was so excited. Little Me is one of my favorite brands fro Milan. Sizing usually runs small however this set ran a little big. I ordered size 24 months and there’s still plenty of room for her to grow into which is fine with me. 🙂
The bow in the back. Stop. I can’t. This is something I would wear (lol).
I also wanted to mention another reason why I love shopping at Nordstrom for Milan. It’s a one stop shop. I can basically get everything I need for her in one shot which again saves me so much time and hassle. Here are some items I have on my wish list for Miss Sassy Pants.
Nordstrom Kids Favorites
I’ve always been told not to buy too many clothes or shoes for your kids because they grow out of them so fast. Personally, Milan is my first and may possibly be my only baby so I’m going to enjoy shopping and dressing her for as long as she will let me. They are only going to be this little once right? 🙂

Adorable outfits! Milan seems to always have a headpiece on, is it a style preference or a skin issue? Sorry to pry, just curious!
Haha I get asked this a lot! It’s only for a fashion accessory 🙂 I love hats on her!
Adorable looks. I too have a little girl and long ago when I was meeting her new preschool teacher was asked to describe her. One of the adjectives I used was bossy. She stopped me then and said rarely if ever will a teacher call a boy bossy. They might say he is a leader or likes to be in control or in charge, but Not bossy. Its connotations are negative, implying a female should not be in charge. Ever since it has been stricken from my vocabulary. My little girl is a leader. Just something to think about.
I love it! Thank you for sharing!
