Over the weekend, we enjoyed a delightful mini staycation at the Hotel Del Coronado. I’ve owned this gorgeous mustard yellow maxi skirt for more than three years, and I also have a matching mini version for Milan when she was four. Although we never had the chance to wear them together, I’ve held onto this skirt with the hope Meadow, would one day fit into it. I also have the blush pink and rose color in this skirt – that’s how much I love it!
Packing for the getaway, I included this ensemble without a clear idea of how it would look, but needed a nice outfit for a special dinner at Hotel Del. Opting for the XXSP size, I can confidently say that the sizing is spot-on. The length is perfect for petites and requires no alterations, making it an effortless choice for a polished look.
It dawned on me that this ensemble would be ideal for our upcoming Fall family photoshoot or even as an elegant choice for a wedding guest outfit. This maxi skirt is super-flowy, twirl-worthy and undeniably gorgeous. Its mustard yellow hue added a touch of vibrancy to our staycation, and I couldn’t have been happier with my impromptu choice. Hotel Del Coronado provided the perfect backdrop for this memorable weekend, and my outfit turned out to be the perfect choice! xx
