The off the shoulder trend is all the rage these days. You either love it or hate it. Baring your shoulders isn’t for everyone and I can understand why. Some styles have me raising one eyebrow. Either they’re way too trendy or just plain unwearable. Today, I want to show you that you can pull this trend off and still look classy.
I’m loving this ruffled sleeve striped off the shoulder dress! It’s super comfortable, on trend yet modest. I’m dying over the cute ruffle sleeves. Stripes and ruffles…yes please!
Sizing runs very generous so I’d recommend sizing down. I’m wearing size small and it looks like a tent when worn without the self-tie sash. You’ll definitely want to wear it belted because it pulls everything together and gives the dress some shape. The length is perfect for petites and hits me right at the knees.
The material is 100% cotton (yay!) and machine washable. It’s lightweight and breathable – great for hot Summer days. I’m also loving this chambray off the shoulder top and this mustard eyelet dress. I have my eye on this gorgeous nude off the shoulder dress and may have to get it. The sleeves are to die for!
You can pair this dress with flats or wedge sandals instead of heels for a more casual and relaxed look. If you’re looking for a pair of pink sandals, I would recommend these HERE. They’re under $60 and I have them in three different colors.
