Spring Outfit For Under $35: Scallops and Stripes

My entire outfit is on sale and under $35!

Top: LOFT (size XXSP) | Skort: J.Crew Factory (size XXS) | Sandals: Target | Bag: H&M (similar HERE) | Necklace: c/o Kendra Scott (similar HERE)

Scallops are my weakness, and this navy skort is no exception! After owning the black version from previous seasons, I recently added the navy and white ones to my collection. Besides being incredibly comfortable, they’re also perfect for petite frames like mine. Skorts are a staple in my wardrobe, ideal for tackling errands and keeping up with the kids without any worries when I bend over. The sizing is true to size, and I’m wearing an XXS. The length hits the sweet spot for petite gals—not too short, not too long.

Now, onto this charming striped top. It’s absolutely adorable, and I’m thrilled I managed to nab it in my size. I had my eye on it for weeks, and when it finally restocked, I didn’t hesitate to place my order. The fit is impeccable, and the sweetheart neckline adds a touch of femininity to the classic stripes. Sizing runs true to size, and I opted for an XXSP, which fits like a dream. Although LOFT sizing can sometimes run large, this one is just right!

And let’s talk about spring/summer sandals—Target always delivers the best! My current favorites are on sale, and I can walk in them all day without any discomfort. Target’s flat sandals never disappoint—they’re simply amazing! Every piece of my outfit is petite-friendly, on sale, and priced under $35! 🙂

  1. Annie, you must have gotten the last striped top from Loft because now the only size left in petite is XXL which would probably fit like an oversized dress on me!
I do love this outfit and enjoy your blog.

    • Hi Katie! OMG I had to stalk this top online for weeks and somehow my size popped back up. lol Their inventory is wonky. What helps me get items that are sold out is I save it on my home phone screen and just check it daily – sounds insane but it works! 🙂
