I never thought I would ever do a blog post on shorts but these shorts look so cute on AlterationsNeeded that I had to have them. I got the  linen sand color because they were completely sold out of fatique. You can see Kelly’s full review here. She looks amazing in them – I really don’t do these shorts justice πŸ™‚ The only complaint is this color is slightly see-thru and there is a tiny waist gap but like Kelly said, wearing a belt solves this problem.

I consider myself pretty one dimensional when it comes to fashion comfort zone. I’m either wearing a skirt or a dress…I know so boring!  These seersucker shorts and chambray shirt is very masculine for me and totally outside my box so I feminized the outfit with some pumps and pearls. If you love seersucker but want something more feminine, then these buttercup seersucker shorts may be a great option! I love the bottom detailing but unsure of the fit.

I am trying really hard to try new colors and different styles than from what I am used to so you don’t get bored of me. If these shorts aren’t your cup of tea, these yellow morracan seersucker shorts are so adorable and comes in a 00!

I was super excited to go shopping this past weekend thinking I would score some major deals but only found a few goodies. My shopping ban has been officially lifted and it feels so good! *dancing* πŸ˜€
Did anyone score anything good?

  1. Woo-hoo more post with shorts, please. You look cute in them and you have sexy pair of legs.

No shopping for me this weekend, thank god I could resist lol.

  2. I am never bored with your sense of style or certain colors. Regardless, Annie, you are still one of the most beautiful ladies in any department of fashion blogging. Pearls and pumps (especially peep-toe pumps) certainly adds a girly kick to any masculine-style look. No problem at all with the shorts. Cuffed shorts and/or shorts with flap pockets at the back are surely stylish. This is as lovely as any of your skirt looks or any of your dress looks.

  3. I absolutely love those shorts on you! You have amazing legs–lol I tell you like every single blog post I comment. I love them! What do you do to have such amazing toned legs? Also, I love your tan! Have you been tanning?

  4. the shorts look great!! I am the total opposite, I rarely gravitate toward skirts & dresses. and the shoes are amazing!!! The heels really lengthen your legs. are they comfortable? a lot of Nine West shoes are painful in my experience

  5. @April Oh April, you are seriously way too kind to me! I actually hate my legs…they def have gotten bigger over the years:( I don't do anything unfortunately altho I walk a lot! And tanning? Oh my gosh…it must be the lighting because I am stark white! No more Bora Bora tan for me…I can't wait to get another tan..hehehe

  6. Love seersucker but I don't think I could pull it off with a short short like that. You have great legs & you look great too, as always. I love that you wear an opened-toe nude pumps with them. Just perfect!

  7. on the website, these shorts look god awful. were they rolled up like that in stores? bc seeing them online, i would never purchase. total 90s mom shorts. I like them on both Kelly and you. I also like the 3D backpocket.

  8. @AubreyOhDang! LOL I thought the same thing about the pic of the model Aubs! They came rolled up in-store so not sure why they didn't do that for the online pic….I would have never bought them either had I not seen it on Kelly:D

  9. Ooh AND these (so effortlessly worn) shorts TRULY suit you perfectly Dear !!! "Micro Pin up-icious Vavavooooom-ittude in motion" . . .

    You look gorgeous here!

  11. you are crazy you look hot with the white shorts!! and I didn't know you lived in a cambodia refugee camp, wow! I loved that place when I went there, and totally felt bad for some of their living conditions that I ended up buying so much touristy stuff from kids and old people there lol

  12. Just think of these shorts like mini skirts and I bet you'll find lots of ways to wear them πŸ™‚ Love how they fit on you, Annie!

  13. Annie, you look HAWT in shorts!! More shorts OOTDs please πŸ™‚ And yay for the shopping ban lift – you did so well!

  16. Woah! I’m really digging the template/theme of this blog.
It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s tough
to get that “perfect balance” between usability and visual appearance.
I must say you have done a very good job with this.
Additionally, the blog loads very quick for me
    on Safari. Outstanding Blog!

  17. I’m not sure exactly why but this blog is loading very slow for me.

Is anyone else having this issue or is it a issue on my

    still exists.
