Petite Fashion Challenge: From Night To Day

This month’s challenge is being hosted by the stylish IamKhatu.  The challenge is:

“Restyle a glamorous look that you would typically wear for a night-out-on-the-town into daytime casual wear.  Bonus points if you can restyle it for work!”

This has been petite fashion challenge #12:
Make sure to check out all the other ladies outfits! I can’t wait to see what everyone else came up with. On another note, if anyone is interested in either of these J.Crew city mini’s (burnt orange or evergreen):
J.CrewCityMini
Size: 00 (runs larger than the wool bell skirt)
 -97% wool, 3% elastane
-Fully lined
-Waist laying flat 13″ with elastic
-Hips are 18.5″
-Total length is 17.5″
-Brand new w/tags
$56 shipped each (exactly what I paid + shipping costs)
I love both of these so much but unfortunately they are too big on me. If you are bigger than me (up to maybe 2-3 sizes), this will fit you. I’ve been wanting a green bell skirt in 00 so if anyone has it and doesn’t want it anymore, I’d love to buy it from you.

  1. I love the way you styled that tunic for all three occasions! I especially love the daytime version. So cute!!

  2. That H&M dress is so versatile! You can wear it as a skirt and as a top. I agree with Jessy, my favorite look is the "work" look. The color of that skirt is gorgeous!

  3. LOVE stripe dress with all the pairings A. It looks awesome. I esp. love it with the purple skirt and blazer. This was my 1st PFC and I had so much fun 😉

  4. The majestic purple coat is gorgeous! So jealous that you got it for such a deal!

  5. If you are looking to sell your other lady day coat (or this one), I'll buy it!

  6. If you are getting rid of your other lady day coat (or this one), I will buy them!

I LOVE all of the outfits!

  7. I love the simplicity but glamourized look of the Night time outfit! Also, so jealous of the $56 coat!!;)

  8. cute. Love the red sweater and how you turned the dress into a top.

How do you find trench coat that fit?? For the life of me I can never find a nice coat.

  9. You get so much use out of that striped tunic! Who knew it was so versatile? Also love the color of the J Crew coat, stunning on you!

  10. The striped tunic is so versatile. Love all your renditions but if I had to pick, I'm partial to the work outfit. Great job, Annie!

  11. Love ALL 3 looks. I would totally wear all of them. You rock my socks! 🙂

  12. Excellent looks Annie, this is where being petite is definitely a bonus, being able to wear a tunic as a full dress LOL!
