I got this skirt during the eShakti Summer sale and ended up paying only $26 plus shipping. Not bad for a custom skirt right? I love the mustard and cream stripe combo so much! I’ve been wanting this skirt for so long but it’s always out of stock.
I opted for the “short length” in the custom sizing (step 3 – see below) because based on my past experiences, the dresses I got that were knee length or above knee length was a just a tad bit too long.
I wanted this skirt to hit right at my knee cap and the short length worked out perfectly. The short length in the diagram does not hit me mid thigh (mini length) as it shows in the picture. I think they need to re-consider how they measure lengths so it doesn’t confuse people.
My sister recently tried ordering this custom dress (with elbow sleeves) and unfortunately it ended up being too big for her. Just make sure you are very careful when taking measurements for the first time.
This skirt is 100% cotton and fully lined (lining is cotton too) with pockets. It does tend to wrinkle after sitting for a long period of time but I can overlook that since it’s so cute. I can safely say I’m now officially a fan of eShakti. You can see my previous posts with their dresses here and here.
