I found this Kate Spade dress in a size 00 at Marshalls for $99 (was $398).  It may seem like I have a lot of luck scoring deals at Marshalls but I really don’t.  A lot of you have asked if I have some special secret and I think I just get lucky! It’s always hit or miss for me and I don’t always find stuff.

I have to admit, this was a pretty amazing find. The only thing I don’t like about this dress is it has a gold exposed zipper in the back.  The dress fits nicely up top but the hips and sides could be be slimmer (have it clipped in the back for the sake of these photos).  I’ll probably have it professionally tailored at some point.

I love the square neckline and long sleeves. It’s supposed to be 3/4″ sleeves but I have short arms so it’s bracelet length on me. The hem is a  perfect length and I’m so happy I scored this!

There’s lots of pre-Thanksgiving sales going on today. If you have a Banana/Gap/Old Navy credit card, get 50% off full priced items at GAP with code BFCARD (or 40% w/out with code GAPEARLY). Here are my picks: wool moto jacket (pink, navy or gray), textural sweater dress, chunky cowl scarf in yellow, navy polka dot boyfriend shirt, classic leather ballet flats in cognac. Sale ends 11/23.

Get 40% off at Banana Republic with code BRCARD (today only) – my picks include this color block dress (see on me here and here), sloan sheath in wild orchidplaid blazer. Happy shopping!

  1. You radiate beautifully in red with this lovely red dress. I like them paired with the black pumps rather than the leopard flats (but I’m sure those are a comfy non-heel option), but you still look great. Charming handbag to go with the outfit.
