Even though SoCal is having a heat wave right now (100 degrees in Newport Beach), my mind is in full Fall mode. I wanted to review and share a few goodies I recently got! Before we get into that, Ann Taylor is having 40% off with FREE SHIPPING (no minimum) – use code SHIP40. This is worth mentioning since the required minimum for free shipping is usually $175. I finally got to order this lace yolk top (see fitting room review HERE). There are tons of new arrivals that I’m loving. I’m eying this mod tweed coat, cropped knit tweed jacket, these quilted leather pumps and this cascade cardigan. How cute is this suede mini bucket bag? If you’ve been wanting a leopard clutch, this one looks promising and won’t break the bank. Click HERE to see my previous fitting room reviews.
*Update* Get 40% off at Loft and up to 75% off Kate Spade surprise sale! I’m thinking about getting this tweed Dorothy coat – comes in mint and pink!

Pretty Plaid Oblong Scarf
I don’t know why but I keep buying plaid scarves. I have so many of them but just can’t seem to get enough. I’m really liking the soft color palette of this one and don’t have a plaid one similar to these colors. This justifies it right? Or how about the fact that it’s only $25? Get it before it sells out!
Classic Crewneck Sweater
I’m loving this cable knit crewneck sweater SO MUCH. Sizing runs small so if you prefer a looser fit for layering, I’d recommend sizing up. I’m wearing size PP (petite) and it fits me perfectly. The sleeves are slim and It’s very well made super soft. I would highly recommend it.

Leopard Print Tie Waist Skirt
I’ve been looking for a new leopard skirt and was super excited when I saw this. I ordered 00P and it’s extremely wide. I was disappointed and debating if I should have it tailored. I think it will look amazing once it fits perfectly. I really like the tie waist and longer length – great for work. I wasn’t too impressed with the polyester material but on the other hand, it won’t wrinkle throughout the day. I’d recommend sizing down if you decide to get it.

Cable Cocoon cardigan
This cardigan is AMAZING. Seriously. Amazing. I’m really impressed with Talbots! They have tons of cute Fall/Winter stuff this season. Sizing has always been hit or miss for me but this cardigan is definitely a HIT and runs small. I’m wearing size PP and it fits me well. The arms are slightly long (don’t mind it) and the length is just right for someone my height (5′ tall). It’s the perfect chunky sweater without being overwhelming or bulky. The rounded hem and classic cable stitching is on point. The material is a blend of wool and cashmere making it super soft and comfortable. I love it so much, I may need the camel color. I would highly recommend.

This burgundy crossbody is only $42 and looks way more expensive. I love the size – fits everything I need and the crossbody allows me to be hands free. It comes in three different colors – love the taupe color as well.
Remember my Ferragamo belt? This novelty buckle belt is a great dupe for under $50 and it’s real leather! The quality is amazing and I love it so much I got it in all the colors. I like how I can wear it with jeans on my lower waist and also with skirts and dresses on my natural waist. If you’re similar in size to me, you’ll have to punch extra holes if you want to wear it on your natural waist.

P.S – I started sleep training Milan last week and have so much to share! I know many new Mommy’s are waiting to hear how I did it so I’m currently working on a post for you. Stay tuned. XO
Love it all but especially that leopard skirt!
love, love, love….You are the reason I spend so much money on clothes! 🙂
Thank you and LOL! XOXO
Thanks for the heads up but free shipping doesn’t seem to work! 🙁
Really? It worked for me!
Try code: SHIP40 and let me know if that works! I just tested it!
Hi Annie, I’m so glad to see you wearing the Talbots Reversible Belt too! I bought it last year in X-Small but didn’t get the classic navy color before it sold out so I picked up all 3 classic colors this year! I did post about how it’s similar to the Hermes Horsebit Belt and also linked your Ferragamo belt review in my blog post. I also punched extra holes in it to wear at my natural waist 🙂

Question- do the franell booties run true to size? Is usually wear a 6, but some reviews for the booties say order half size down.
They run true to size and maybe even slightly small depending on your feet. I’m a small size 5 and it fits perfectly!
Loving all the Fall vibes, yay to cozy sweaters and plaid scarves and booties!!

You actually make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this
matter to be really something that I think I would never understand.
It seems too complicated and extremely broad for me.
