You asked for more workwear so here is a super simple and classy outfit perfect for the office.  I’m loving this polka dot camp shirt so much!

I have a serious problem with saying no to polka dots. LOL I can’t help it!  This polka dot camp shirt is adorable and can be dressed up for the office or work casually with jeans.  Sizing runs true to size and I’m wearing size XXSP.  It’s slightly large on me and the sleeves are too long but nothing I can’t overlook.  Very comfortable and the best part – it doesn’t wrinkle!  Ann Taylor has so many cute polka dots this season!  Here are my favorites:

If you need a classic black pencil skirt, I would highly recommend this seasonless stretch seamed pencil skirt.  Sizing runs true to size and I’m wearing size 00 petite.  I had to slim the skirt by about one inch but totally worth it because it’s a staple and you can mix and match with other items in your wardrobe. If you need a full suit, there is a matching blazer HERE.  It would be a great for interviews.

I also recently went on a shoe binge and got these adorable bow heeled sandals, polka dot heels and these black bow pumps.  I would recommend them all!  On another note, a little update on my insomnia…I was finally able to get some sleep the past few nights and it feels SO SO SO good! 🙂

  1. I love polka dots, I think they’re so classy but still fun and girly and turn any outfit from boring to interesting. I love the top you’re wearing, I feel like patterned button-up shirts are gonna be a huge trend this spring.

  2. OMG I’m so sorry to hear about that person who wrote you that terrible message about your personal struggles. If anywhere would be the place to vent it would be here, after all this is YOUR creative outlet and be certain that most of us truly relate and support you 100%. If she doesn’t like what she reads like, unfollow duh!! You are a strong woman don’t let these trolls get you down. You look great and although you might not be feeling great at least your being honest and true to your subscribers.

    • Thanks Linda. I was really upset about it – mainly because I don’t understand how another woman could do that to another woman who she knows is going through a difficult time. We are supposed to build each other up – not tear each other down. So frustrating how people can troll behind their cell phone or computer and say whatever they want. I appreciate amazing people like you who GET IT. 🙂

  3. I am so glad you finally got some sleep because insomnia is no joke. I have family members who has it and it just takes a toll on their health. This polka dot work wear is classic and chic. You can’t go wrong with black and white combo either!

    • OMG it is seriously NO JOKE! I had insomnia way back in the day for 2 years and then had it when I was pregnant but couldn’t take anything for it. I’ve been getting some sleep but last night – even with sleepy time tea, NOTHING 🙁

  4. Wow, this outfit looks great! You make it look better than the models at Ann Taylor, 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

  5. You actually make it seem so easy with your presentation but
I find this matter to be actually something that I think I would
never understand. It seems too complex and very broad for me.
I’m looking forward for your next post, I’ll try to get the hang of it!

  6. certainly like your web site however you need to test the spelling on quite a few of your posts.
Many of them are rife with spelling issues and I in finding it very bothersome to tell the truth
on the other hand I’ll certainly come back again.

  7. Hello There. I found your blog using msn. This is an extremely well written article.
I’ll make sure to bookmark it and come back to learn extra of your
useful info. Thank you for the post. I’ll certainly return.

  8. Hi there! I just wanted to ask if you ever have any issues with hackers?
My last blog (wordpress) was hacked and I ended up losing a few months
of hard work due to no back up. Do you have any solutions to prevent hackers?

  9. Wow! This blog looks exactly like my old one! It’s
on a totally different topic but it has pretty much the same layout
and design. Excellent choice of colors!
