Chain Trimmed Boucle Dress– size small
Measurements: Shoulder = 13″, waist = 14″, hips = 19″, Length = 32.5″
Likes: As soon as I saw this dress online, I knew I had to have it. The chain and tweed/boucle material is very reminiscent of Chanel. I love the taupe and gold color with the chain detail. The length is a perfect for someone my height (5′ tall). On the model – it was mini but luckily for us petites, it’s the perfect length – hits me right at the knees. The dress is fully lined and a heavier material than I anticipated. I got this during the 21% off sale and ended up getting the dress for $23.54.
Dislikes: It doesn’t look that big in the picture but it is quite wide. The armholes are too big and you can see my bra (gasp). The waist and hips area could use some slimming – not sure if I can do this myself. It’s supposed to be a shift style dress so it shouldn’t be form fitting but with some minor alterations, I think this could be a great work dress. I can see it paired with a cute blazer/jacket.
Verdict: Keeping
Sheer Bow Trio Top – size small
This shirt reminds me of WhatJessWore’s Modcloth’s Brandi’s Something in the Era Top. She has a knack for finding cute things at Modcloth and Forever 21. Be sure to stop by her blog and show her some love.

Likes: I love the black and cream contrast colors and have been looking for a blouse like this to wear to work. I like that I can tuck it in with a pencil skirt or wear it casually on the weekends. I originally ordered this as a filler but it ended up being one of the favorite purchases on this order. I adore the buttons down the back and the cute bows in the front.
Dislikes: I’m not a big fan of sheer blouses but this one was so adorable. Forever 21 has such cute polyester blouses but they never fit me. They are always so big and require slimming of the sleeves and sides. This one is no exception although it’s not as big as some of their other blouses I have tried.
Verdict: Keeping
Brocade Skirt – size XS
I had high hopes for this since it came in XS without being a Love21 item. The waist does fit but the rest of the skirt is just too pouffy.
Verdict: Return
Tory Burch Caroline – size 5
I finally decided to order these during the Saks Friends and Family 20% off sale. I have been eyeing them for several months. I have since regretted selling my other Tory Burch flats even though they killed my feet. I’m thinking I didn’t stretch them out enough. I’m hoping with the elastic, it won’t cut my skin but I have to admit, it’s not very pleasing to the eye. I’ll keep you posted if I keep it and how comfy they are.
Frenchi Dot Tights – size small
If you are looking for some cute dot tights, these are a decent price and nice quality. They are from the junior’s line so they fit nicely. I also ordered these grey and navy tights and hope they work out.

I hope to see a review on your new Tory Burch flats. I agree w/ you about how the elastic looks, but I don’t think I’ve ever owned a pair of flats that didn’t cut the back of my ankles upon first breaking them in, whether they were low or high end. Although I’ve never tried Tory Burch, so maybe they don’t murder the ankles!

Loved the F21 Chain Boucle dress. I actually tried it on a week ago but was disappointed as the small was way to wide on me. Thought about having it taken in but didn’t want to invest in F21 quality. Loved the dress! Just wish it came in our size! 🙁
